2010 marks a cornerstone in the path of academic excellence mapped out by DPS since its inception. In these ten years the school has grown from strength to strength, continually expanding and diversifying into innovative and challenging areas. Every initiative undertaken has been to imbibe in the students a love of learning and to inculcate in them a desire to excel at every level. The objective of education is to prepare the young to educate themselves throughout their lives. DPS has now taken the pioneering giant step of providing a holistic academic experience whereby it aims at not only equipping the students with intellectual but also the practical skills that are necessary to meet the inevitable challenges in the future. The world after school is full of choices. Compared to just about a decade ago, today the career options for a student passing out of school, have multiplied exponentially. We at DPS have set up an in house intensive "Education and Career opportunities system". This works beyond the curriculum and prepares the student for competitive Engineering and Medical exams in India. What's more this preparation begins from grade IX. The students benefit as the study programmes focus on honing their analytical and thinking skills and integrating their curriculum with entrance exam preparation. From the Principal's Desk.... Under the guidance of Our faculty the Students are motivated and groomed to develop their analytical and thinking prowess from Grade IX onwards and this gives them the added impetus and the means to realize their dreams. |
