PRIMARY SCHOOL INFORMATION
1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All children reporting on 2nd April will go to their old classrooms in the morning. |
|
Report Cards will be distributed in class, after which they will be escorted to their new classes. |
|
All children must wear their RFID card to school. |
|
Students must be dressed in their school uniforms. PE uniform must not be worn on the first day of school. |
2. TRANSPORT
|
Parents who have shifted their residence are requested to inform the same to the transportation department. |
|
Some bus routes have been updated. Kindly check the website www.nbt.ae for updated routes. |
3. SAFETY & SECURITY
|
It is mandatory for all children to wear their RFID Cards on a regular basis. Entry to school may be restricted if the RFID card is not worn. |
|
In case of change in use of regular bus on a particular day, kindly send a letter addressed to the Supervisor. Change of bus is not encouraged for safety reasons. |
|
For children using own transport, parents should hand over a letter of authority along with a copy of the Emirates I.D and photograph of the person authorized to pick up the children. |
|
The school does not provide any “Stay-back Facilities”. All children using their own transport should be picked up latest by 1:15 pm. |
4. BOOK SALE AND DISTRIBUTION

COMPLETE BOOK SETS |
All students are required to buy complete book sets which will be sold in the classrooms by the class teacher from 3rd April to 6th April 2017. |
|
Please send EXACT CHANGE in a sealed & labelled envelope addressed to the class teacher. |
|
|
If you wish to send a cheque kindly write it to DELHI PRIVATE SCHOOL LLC. Post dated cheques will not be accepted by the teacher. |
|
|
INDIVIDUAL BOOKS |
If the students wish to buy any additional individual books they may do so from the book store after 9th April. |
|
RETURN/REFUND |
Students who wish to exchange or return books can do so at the book shop from 16th April onwards. |
|
Please do not send money for books on 2nd April, 2017. |
|
|
Kindly check the price list given below and send the money for the complete book set accordingly. |
