Dear Parents, 

A very warm welcome to all of you. Listed below are certain important points which you need to take note of when you come on the 24^th of  March for the Orientation.  In order to settle your children comfortably in their classes we have staggered the joining dates which are - 4^th, 5^th & 6^th of April.

1.   Your ward’s section would be displayed on that day.  Kindly note it and meet the class teacher after the Orientation.

2.   Kindly check the BUS number of your child with the transport department.  They will be available to you on the day of the orientation.The class teacher should be informed about the BUS number when you meet her after the Orientation.

3.   The date of joining of your child would be put up in the respective classrooms.  Please note it and start sending your child from the date given.

4.   A total amount of Dh.260/- would be collected by the class teachers towards your child’s books and stationary requirement for the whole year.  Kindly tender the exact change and bring it in a sealed envelope with the child’s name written and hand over to the class teacher.

5.   An I.D. card should be prepared by you with the child’s name, section, bus number and phone number written which the child must wear on the first day and until the school I.D. card is given.

6.   Parents please check the Almanac daily for any circulars or information from the class teacher and send the Almanac daily to school.

7.   Please send 5 Passport size photographs and a copy of your child’s passport on the first day of school.

8.   Uniform sale would be as follows. The timings would be put up at a later date.

KG 1 (A, B, C, D, & E) – 26 th MARCH

KG 1 (F, G, H, I & J) – 27 th MARCH

KG 1 (K, L, M, N & O) – 28 th MARCH

   There will be no sale of uniform from 3^rd – 10^th April.

9.   The school bag and all items in it should be labeled.

       10. A spare set of clothes should be sent in a labeled plastic bag everyday.

       11. All children should travel in the school bus on the first day.

       12. Own Transport children to be dropped off latest by 7.25 AM and picked up by 11.45 AM.

       13. You are welcome to meet your child’s teacher on Tuesdays between 7.45 AM to 8.15 AM
