UNIFORM SALE FOR STUDENTS OF KG II TO GRADE 5 (2018-2019)

The uniform sale for your ward will be on the following days:

KGII	15^th 17^th 18^th 19^th 21st
Grade 1-5	22^nd 24^th 26^th 27^th 28^th 29th

As you know the school has adopted a cashless transaction policy since February. So before you come to purchase the uniforms we would like you to complete the following formalities.

DOWNLOAD THE DPS ePocket APP

For your convenience we have created an app to make the use of cashless transactions easier and more effective.

· If you are an Android user, download the app – ‘DPS ePocket’.

Now that you have downloaded the app.

GET ePocket T PIN:

Kindly enter your child’s S no.

You will receive your 8 digit RFID Code and unique 6 digit T PIN number in your email which you will use to make cashless transactions in future.

BOOKING SLOT DATE :

Book and Uniform sale begins soon. For your convenience and to avoid a rush at the counters, we have assigned days to specific grades for purchase of uniforms.

Kindly use the option ‘BOOKING SLOT DATE’ in the app to choose a date of your convenience to top up your cashless account and purchase your ward’s uniforms and pay for the books.

You will now receive an SMS and email confirming the date you have selected.

TOP UP YOUR CHILD’S CASHLESS ACCOUNT :

· Kindly come to school only on the date selected by you.

· Come to the senior school accounts department to make the payment in the cashless account of your ward.

· Deposit the money for the uniforms and books as per the table given below.
(Credit Cards will not be accepted)

· Please deposit an additional AED 50. This will remain in your account and can be used during the year for your child.

· You can now proceed to the book and uniform store to make your purchases using your 8-digit RFID code number which you have received in the email along with your unique 6 digit TPIN.

· Books will be given to your children by the class teacher when they join school. You will receive an SMS when the amount is deducted for the same.

· Kindly note: Teachers will distribute books to children who have paid the amount for the COMPLETE SETS.

· Individual books or incomplete sets will be available in the book store after 11^th April. You will have to come to school to buy the same.

It is recommended that you buy at least 2 sets of school uniforms and one set of PE uniform for your child. The approximate cost of this will be AED 300.

MINIMUM BALANCE

You are required to maintain a minimum balance of AED 25 in the account at all times.
