The best facilities combined with the best coaching give our students tremendous exposure and excellent performance in sports and games within as well as out side the school. As a result, the name of DPS, Sharjah is among the top lists among schools in the UAE in Basket ball cricket table tennis and swimming to name a few.

Thanks to the facilities like Two Professionally Designed Swimming Pools, Multipurpose Auditorium for badminton and table tennis, Lush Green Flood Lit Cricket Ground, Acrylic Basketball Ground, Volley Ball Court, DPS has been able to make cruising ride to the top in a matter of six years winning interschool matches in basketball, cricket and table tennis, qualifying for the CBSE national sports meet in athletics, swimming, basketball and table tennis.

Special coaching is given in athletics Basket Ball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Swimming, and Gymnastics ensuring individual attention to the participants. The enthusiasm of each and everyone can be seen permeating down the ranks during matches that are held in world famous venues such as Sharjah Cricket Stadium and the Sharjah Sports Club. We also conduct tournaments, trekking and adventure expeditions to the remotest desert areas and mountains.
