Kindling the flame of success

Each year, DPS Sharjah community gathers to celebrate its thoughtful, dedicated, and engaged students. We recognize high-achieving, academically excellent students as well as their unique and groundbreaking work, from nesting oysters. 18^th June 2015 was indeed a marvelous occasion dedicated to these phenomenal achievers of DPS Sharjah. The event became even more exceptional by the pompous presence of Mr. Anurag Bhushan, the Chief Guest of the day.

Our Principal, Mrs.Vandana Marwaha, claimed in her welcome speech that it is the unified strength of the DPS Sharjah family that brings laurels to the campus and which led to its student community to get placements in various reputed institutions of the world.

Through his invigorating speech, Mr. Anurag Bhushan underscored the fact that if we have an aim, then there should be an objective to it.He also added from his personal experience about the encouragement that the Dipsites get in their campus to continue to challenge themselves, to think deeply and critically about today’s tough problems, and to engage with their communities to effect change.

There was a resplendent dance performance by a teacher - student duo tailed by a sensational musical performance uniting the two nations.  The Speed Art as its background done by Bharath Menon and Jalp Shah added colours to it.

The superlative achievers of DPS Sharjah were felicitated for their exemplary performance by the dignitaries like Mr. Anurag Bhushan, Dr. S.Gurumadhva Rao, Vice Chancellor, RAK Medical and Health Sciences University and Mr. Sudhakar Gupta, Director of International Business Development for IFFCO.
