Chemun  Model United Nations – Bridging the gap between Cultures

 

 

CHEMUN a 5 day educational trip to Chennai proved to be a perfect blend of fun, excitement, knowledge, awareness, camaraderie and cultural bonding. The day began with a visit to historical sites like Dakshina Chitra and Mahabalipuram which provided a perfect opportunity for all delegates to mingle!

 The conference provided excellent exposure to happenings around the world and it was indeed a concoction of enthusiasm, thrill and exhilaration - a very good learning experience for the entire delegation.

The Social Night was the highlight of the entire programme, a never to be forgotten experience which completely broke down all barriers of language and culture.

The student delegation consisted of 25 student representatives.

Netherlands: Imran Khan, Rose Ann & Srinaini Kesani

Zambia: Shruthi Ganesh, Wilma Francis, Sneha Shankar & Naresh Krishna

 

 

All in all, the trip was fundamentally challenging as well as excitingly thrilling,  an experience to be cherished  and recalled even after many  years which began at the Delhi Private School Sharjah.
